Architectural and Design Services for “Construction of Flatted Factory Complexes (FFCs) at 1. Chandenvalle, Ranga Reddy District, 2. Madikonda, Warangal (Urban) District, 3. Dandumalkapur, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District, 4. Tuniki Bollaram, Siddipet District, 5. Jadcherla, Mahaboobnagar District and 6. Mandapally, Siddipet District in the State of Telangana”. The Estimated Project Value of each of the first five Projects: Around Rs.13 Crores (excluding GST) and the Project Value of the sixth one is around Rs.8 Crores (excluding GST). Details: Design of industrial sheds to facilitate hardware startups.
Architectural and Design Services for “Construction of three Industrial Sheds of total built-up area of two lakh sft (one shed of one lakh sft and the other two of 50,000 each) @ Electronics Manufacturing Cluster (EMC), Maheshwaram, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana. Works completed and handing over is in the process.
Project Brief: The Project has been taken up by TGIIC to facilitate Entrepreneurs to directly set up the Units in the tailormade spaces developed by TGIIC thereby relieving them from the hassles and challenges of construction of Sheds, and other related Utilities. The idea is to facilitate and promote hardware startups to set up the Units without much hassles. The Estimated Project Cost: Around Rs.31 Crores (excluding GST).

Architectural and Design Services for “Construction of Admin Building @ EMC, Maheshwaram, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana. Works are under advanced stage of completion.
Project Brief: To establish common facilities / amenities for the Industrial Units operating in EMC, Maheshwaram, TGIIC has taken up construction of Admin Building / Common Facility Building thereat with a built-up area of around 13000 sft at an estimated Project Cost of around Rs.4 Crores. The Facility Building will have a Canteen, space for putting up Bank/Post Office, Common Conference Room, Training Room, Creche, Dispensary and Marketing/Support Office space.
4. Internal Roads and Stormwater Drains at IP EMC

Details: Development of internal stormwater drainage system and construction of new roads.
Consultancy to render survey & design services for “Construction of Internal Roads and Stormwater Drains at IP EMC, Maheshwaram, Ranga Reddy (Dist.) in the State of Telangana”. The Scope of Work includes Topographic Survey, Design and preparation of Detailed Estimates. Road works have been completed and the Works/Services pertaining to Stormwater Drains are under progress.
Project Brief: TGIIC had developed exclusive Industrial Park for Electronic Manufacturing Units designated as Electronic Manufacturing Cluster (EMC) at Maheshwaram, Ranga Reddy (District). The Project is for development of Internal Stormwater Drainage System for a length of around 17 km at an Estimated Project Cost of around Rs.6 Crores. The work also includes construction of new roads at an Estimated Project Cost of around Rs.7 Crores.
