Transaction Advisory Consultancy Services for selection of Project Developer for Construction, Operation and Maintenance of 480 KLD Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) facility at Industrial Park, Pashamylaram (V), Patancheru (M), Sanga Reddy Dist., Telangana on Design, Build, Finance, Operate & Transfer (DBFOT) basis. The Scope of Work includes development of Financial Model, preparation of RFP & Bid Process Management. The services were rendered during the year 2022-23.
Project Brief: Establishment of Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) for treatment of wastewater and effluent was mooted by the Cluster of Pharma Bulk Drug Industry of Pashamylaram Industrial Park, Hyderabad with financial support from the Government. Accordingly, Government of Telangana in support with the Department for industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India had decided to set up the CETP at Pashamylaram Industrial Area, Sanga Reddy District. The small-scale Pharma bulk drug industries operating in the Industrial Estate is expected to greatly benefit on account of setting up of CETP. The Project was taken up under Public Private Partnership mode and DBFOT basis. The works have been completed and the Project has entered the operation stage. The Estimated Project Value: Around Rs.50 Crores (including GST).

Details: Transaction advisory for development of IT Tower to disperse IT around Hyderabad.
Consultancy for Transaction Advisory Services for “Selection of Project Developer for Development of IT Tower on Joint Development Basis at Malakpet, Hyderabad. The Scope of Work includes preparation of Project Information Memorandum, Tender Documents, working out bidding options, Project structuring, Bid Process Management till such time the Project is awarded to the Selected Bidder. The Services are under progress.
Project Brief: Currently, the IT industry is largely concentrated in the western corridor of Hyderabad city. It is estimated that about 30% of the IT talent pool resides in Eastern part of the city and commutes to Western IT Corridor on a daily basis. Similarly, a large part of the IT workforce resides in the northern parts of the city. This has led to overall city congestion and increase in commuting time for the IT employees.
In this backdrop, the Government intends to disperse the IT around the city which will not only decongest the Western Corridor but also reduce the infrastructural burden and makes it convenient for IT workforce to commute to work and reduce the transportation burden. Accordingly, the Government had brought Hyderabad GRID (Growth in Dispersion) Guidelines. Accordingly, TSIIC being the Nodal Agency for Government of Telangana proposes to build world class IT Tower at Malakpet, Hyderabad (Eastern Part of the city) on approximately 10.35 acres of land on a Joint Development basis under Public Private Partnership mode. The Estimated Project Cost: Around Rs.700 Crores. Minimum Development Area being 15 lakh sft (built-up area) with all support facilities.

The services were rendered during 2022-23.
